Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Prochem of Middle Georgia! We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Call or text us at 478-955-3569 with questions. Residential Minimum service charge is $150. Carpet Cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and other services may be combined to meet the minimum. Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks. If the person responsible for payment will not be present, payment must be made in advance. Appointments scheduled outside of our standard service area may be subject to a travel fee. If applicable, we will contact you before your appointment for approval. Final pricing may be adjusted for oversized furniture, excessive pet hair, heavy soiling, or additional services requested at the appointment. We will always discuss any pricing changes with you before work begins.
